This all inclusive/fully furnished rental is for mid term rentals of 1 to 6 months
(30 day minimum). Please No Pets, Smoking, Drugs, or Events.

Damage Deposit

We collect a refundable damage deposit on all rentals. This will be indicated as Damage Deposit (Refundable) on your booking.
This will normally be refunded to your payment source within 7 days of departure date unless there is a damage claim pending.

Better Than Home

This rental is for mid term rentals of 1 to 6 months (30 day minimum). 

Agreements Required

Please note that a Tenancy Agreement and Agreement to End Tenancy (on the booking departure date) will need to be sign before finalizing your booking. Note that failure to sign the agreements will cause your booking to be cancelled.

The Details


This lovely upper 2 bedroom suite is located in a peaceful neighbourhood next to the Oaklands School, near the Jubilee hospital, and Hillside Mall. Direct bus routes nearby go to downtown, University of Victoria and Camosun College or enjoy a short 10 minute or less drive to each. It has 2 bedrooms, pillow-top luxurious queen mattresses, new high quality pure cotton linens and towels and a new comfy queen sofa bed and a second sofa in the living room. The suite is fully furnished and includes all utilities including hot and cold water, heat, hydro, garbage collection, 50" 4K Roku TV with a vast array of channels and highspeed internet and free Netflix.  The front yard has a nice east facing patio with sun chairs and your own gas BBQ. A lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee. Private off road parking is available for 2 cars. We provide generous supplies of coffee and tea, paper towels, shampoo, toilet paper, soaps and laundry detergent. You just need to walk in with your personal items and groceries and you are ready to go.

This is a perfect place for an extended stay in Victoria for work, UVic or Camosun, medical needs, searching for a new home, or extended vacations.

The suite sleeps up to 2 couples comfortably with 1 more on the sofa bed in a pinch.

Please Note: Violation of any of these rules (A,B,C) will result in the forfeiture of your damage deposit and immediate cancellation of the rental.

A - Growing and Production of Cannabis: The growing, production, processing, or manufacture of cannabis or any other drugs anywhere on the residential property, including within the rental unit is prohibited except where otherwise protected by law.

Smoking and Vaping: The tenant agrees to the following material term regarding smoking:

1. No vaping or smoking of any combustible material is permitted on the residential property, including within the rental unit.

B - Pets are not allowed to stay in the rental unit at any time or to be on the property.

C - No Events may be performed on the rental property or in any rental unit at any time.
